El presente artículo profundiza en el panorama urbano general del equipamiento universitario en la ciudad de Bogotá, con el fin de establecer posibles estructuras territoriales para la conformación futura de un sistema de equipamientos universitarios. El objetivo es hacer una radiografía territorial a modo de diagnóstico, de localización, cobertura, relaciones funcionales, relaciones con sistemas generales, etc., del equipamiento universitario al año 2006, con el fin de establecer las bases conceptuales y territoriales que serían el punto de partida para proponer en el futuro un sistema de equipamientos universitarios a la luz del Plan Maestro de Educación Superior, definido por el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT) de la ciudad de Bogotá.AbstractThe present article deepens in the general urban panorama of the university equipment in the city of Bogotá, with the purpose of establishing possible territorial structures for the future conformation of a system of university equipment. The communicative capacity of space

This article works on the relationship between the space and the observer or participant of that space among them that makes place or communicational node that, when generating a similar effect among many people, consolidates the notion of the imaginary. This communication can be studied from the traditional pattern that proposes an issuing space for a receptor or from the current network type model that lead to the generation of the imaginary. Before the space we believe there is an architecture of words with which knit the sense of the experience, the words link ourselves with the territory in a specific way. Our experience transforms it into oral or written text or an audiovisual language. The space acquires sense because we speak and they speak to each other about it in literature, cinema, music, cultural industries, in the infinite stories that are built around it. Mapping of Pasto 1800-2006. Documental Corpus Cartographic characterization

En este artículo se presentan los resultados de la investigación sobre cartografía de la ciudad de Pasto, con una reflexión que comprende planos con valiosa información acerca del momento histórico y el crecimiento urbano. Como fuentes documentales, los planos constituyen una fuente primaria, muestran la ocupación de las construcciones, y son la representación gráfica de la evolución físico-espacial de la ciudad. Los planos albergan una historia que contar, y solo es recuperable a través de la lectura y escritura de lo que representan como imágenes. Esta investigación plantea fundamentalmente el acopio de información cartográfica, y, a partir del inventario de los planos de la ciudad de Pasto, realiza una interpretación gráfica de los mismos para dar cuenta de la evolución urbana de la ciudad. Partiendo de la compilación de los documentos cartográficos se realiza un recorrido y estudio comparativo que define las principales diferencias en orden cronológico, para plantear una caracterización de la evolución cartográfica de la ciudadThis article is the result of the investigation presented on the cartography of the city of Pasto, with a reference to understands valuable information about the historical moment and the urban growth. The research Project suggests that the current architectural habitat is largely presented in a rigid, static and non- modifiable way, making it impossible to make future transformations. The research Project states that adaptability and transformation are vital components for society, as well as that architecture and design should give answers to current changes. It is here where the mobile systems appears, (which incorporate the feedback concept for its control and movement) and today they are outlined as a more efficient way to produce adaptative answers. For this reason, the research group (GEA) has come exploring and experimenting during the last three years with more than 20 mobile systems, aiming to apply the features of these systems in order to build and develop an adaptable architecture, satisfying the needs of contemporary man, society and the worldLa investigación en estructuras adaptables manifiesta que el hábitat arquitectónico actual se presenta en su mayoría rígido, estático e inmodificable, haciendo casi imposible futuras transformaciones, así como cambios de forma y de espacio en el tiempo con fines adaptativos. El concepto de proyecto está ligado al quehacer cotidiano del arquitecto, este punto de partida es la base para la exploración sobre la hipótesis de dos maneras básicas de aproximación al proyecto en arquitectura, el proyecto clásico y el moderno. The case of the patrimonial intermediate cities in Colombia. A vision starting from the policies of the public policy

The study object is the intermediate sized patrimonial cities in Colombia, declared in 1959 for possessing some interesting variables within the interpretation for its characteristics of department capital and execution of the works having enough architectural patrimony. This investigation makes part of the process of construction of the doctoral thesis for the study of case of Tunja as a patrimonial city. To be able to understand the development of the concept of what has meant the patrimony at world level, it was necessary to start from an international mark based on the most significant treaties that impacted in Latin America, and that they would be interpreted inside the laws, the ordinances and the norms that have governed in Colombia through time. They have taken as reference three cities (Tunja, Popayán and Pasto) with characteristic similar to understand the impacts of the patrimonial policies and the works derived from them. Esta investigación hace parte del proceso de construcción de la tesis doctoral sobre el estudio de caso de Tunja como ciudad intermedia patrimonial. Para poder entender el desarrollo del concepto de lo que ha significado el patrimonio a nivel mundial, fue necesario partir de un marco internacional basados en las cartas más significativas que repercutirían en los tratados que incidieron en Latinoamérica, y que se interpretarían dentro de las leyes, los decretos y las normas que han regido en Colombia a través del tiempo.
